Salary is always less unless it is an international school.
Mostly they haev to do is..to look after the kids..when they are crying..when they want food, when they want water etc...
Mostly these positions are available in private nurseries..
There they will have one more work that is to teach the students in absence on the main teacher.
They will also have to look the kids while getting into the car..and even while playing...
