I am moving over to Doha in 2 weeks time from SA. Here we use Skype all the time on our PC's, macs and via Fring on our mobiles. Because I only use it for Skype to Skype calls to family it doesn't cost a cent, so I have never had to recharge.

Does the possibility of making Skype to Skype calls exist from Qatar?

I hope so, I will go crazy if I can't talk to and message my wife a million times a day!
