If you're a returning OFW to Qatar, you also need to present your NOC (which u can get from POEA in Cebu/Mnl beforehand -- if you try to get one here in Qatar before u leave, they will tell you they ran out of it already since 6 months ago --we have very useful gov't agencies here in Qatar :D)
