It's depend on the job grade, usually they offered cheap package as compare with other industries or companies in Qatar. They offered me for Technical operation staff.. but people in QL advised me its a very less package to service in Qatar. Keep all the things in mind and than accept the offer bcz accommodation is the biggest problem in Qatar.

But there is no harm to attend the interview; it will be a short trip for you. They will call you for interview in Doha, will take care of your food + hotel + air tickets etc.
