If you are on Business visa, you will get a temporary license valid thru your Business visa period. If you have residence permit then you will be issued with a Licence of 5 years validity.(Sometimes it varies with the nationality - Validity)
But no worries- Anyhow you will get a drivers license here without driving tests.
