Here is my advice/advise (regardless of the spelling):

1. Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar offers BSc degrees in IT. Check with them.

2. College of the North Atlantic in Qatar provides IT courses. This is another option.

3. CHN University diplomas also include some IT courses.

4. Qatar University may use you as a part-time faculty/researcher.
