You need to take your car and the Poilce Report to your insurace company. Who sort out the next stage which will involve them contacting the other persons insurance company on your behalf.

They too will issue you with documentation to take to your garage in order for you to get a quote and the car fixed.

You may find that they will take pictures of the damage, and have a prefered garage that you will have to go to. Usually this is the main dealer workshop for the make of the car.
