If I were here I would go to the traffic department and try my luck. Brazil is so strict in issuing drivers licenses that they should accept it. And for some countries they don't seem to have a hard and fast rule anyway. I have a South African friend who had to go for lessons whilst I didn't. So, again, just go there and try your luck! Or her luck :)
