Well to share with you all about accomodation - rent

as of now the present situation, Rent is very very high

All we know.

Then everybody says that after asian games, we will get lots of house as well as rent will come down

I came here on sep 2006 from that i watched from newspaper news based on that my suggestion is...

Never will come down the House Rent for another 1 year atleast

this follow reasons are .....

1. Nowadays the cement and other cost will be high due to non-avaiability

2. Government has decided to build all new houses like apartments or New villa

These above 2 points are mandatory..

Well, I remember one thing when i read it once

that

wherever have been coming new things, those who are being on that time, they have to suffer for a while

as such as Now Doha is coming up,
Hope it will be ok for another 1 year or 2 years

afterwards, we may get it our house rent will come down

until - it won't reduce the rent
we have to share our accomodation with our needs...

Let government has to look and do something for all expats...
