First of all, what do you mean by that you want to connect your S Video out from Laptop To PC ? Does PC allow you to INPUT S Video ?
Or what you mean is you want to run an additional Monitor ?

I have 2 spare S Video cables. I bought one from Virgin Records, villagio. One from HYATT PLAZA next to villagio and the one I'm using currently from Dubai Duty Free. :D
I use multiple monitors in my studio so I use S Video Out.

Not sure if thats what you want to do.
