All stores that sell Wii games sell the NTSC version with exception to Virgin megastore they sell PAL

You can find games in carefoure (still cant spell that hehe) and all other hyper markets

Also you can check out TCC technical care center
I know two branches
1 in al nasser street and another in Landmark
TCC has a lots of choices
