It depends on if you want to actually use it or not. If it is merely ornamental there are some nice ones in the City center in the smoke shop across from Carrefor as well as upstairs (third floor I think, near the Mac store). These are not for smoking, if you tried it would be terrible. If you want it for smoking try going to one of the sheesha places and asking if you can buy one of theirs or if they can recommend a shop. These guys are super nice and are more than willing to help out.
