The way an employer deals with the employees affect directly to the customers. You pay well to your worker, keep them happy & they will do their best to improve your business,,, but this is the not the case in QA.
I have always heared complains from the staffs. They hate QA in terms of equality & leadership. As a result they too dont care for the travellers.
