In almost every other Tenancy contract would one come across a clause that would go against the guidelines from the concerned Authorities.
Do be reminded that the people who frame the law are part of the rich brigade and they will never do anything that goes against their interests.
Current law allows Judicial powers to mediate between tenants or landlords and this law would continue til Feb.2010 before we can expect the new slab of rent....
