Expect around QR30k/month, plus housing and kids education. BUT, I wouldn't go near the place for any amount of money. Staff turnover is very high, decision making is irrational, it's an unhappy work environment and they have a nasty habit of sacking expats at whim without reason and without any termination payments. Not a nice situation if you have kids at school, resigned your job back home, etc. They also tend to make empty promises e.g. agree on a salary beforehand, then change the offer once you're there!
They also have a significant number of problems with funding, consequently salaries are often not paid for several months.

My advice - give the place a VERY wide berth.
