You have mentioned basic tenets of all religions. Noone said anything about questioning the fundamentals. The questions arise when you follow decrees and fatwas or some of the (my opinion) silly things in the religion. As can be seen in Iran and many other Muslim countries the questions have caused cultural change. For an example being the covering of the woman. when asked many say it is religious yet women throughout the world are muslim and do not fully cover themselves. Fort that matter the religion is specific about adornment and maintaining a simple appearance. If you wear a Rolex and wear a huge ring then you have questiuoned that. The trouble I have with not questioning religion would be that there is no progress wihout debate and thought.
The overriding answer for all is that they say that they do not question yet edicts and fatwas are issued and followed blindly. Who raised the question to cause this issuance?
