What kind of issue it is? Is it something like you tried to upload your car picture and when it is submitted, some other picture came up? I had faced this issue and I guessed it that it cld be the picture name matching with other picture names which are uploaded my other users. You can give a rare name to your picture and upload; dont give name like car1, car2 etc;
