Don't write the price you actually want. Add some more so you can negotiate down to it. Don't write - "exact price - no offers" because people love to get money off. If you wrote.. "one year old Porsche, perfect condition, only 10,000QR" you'd still get some nutter insisting on paying 9,500. Believe me.
