1- Try to apply a system restore, that works with some of them.
2- I can feel that you have symantec antivirus, click on the Trojan name when your Antivirus catch it and it would open a Webpage for Symantec showing info about the virus and would give you suggestion to remove it. Either through deleting some files, modifying some registry values and so on.
3- If not try to install another antivirus, just make sure to install the old one.
4- Some Trojans are nothing but files, try starting your windows on safe mode and remove it from there if you know the location or the name.
