I am sorry I really don't understand what you are getting at. The social life here is as good as you make it. There are plenty of things to do and its pretty easy to meet people. How people treat other people is largely down to the individual. I know some very decent Qataris who treat people with courtesy and respect. I also know some expats who don't. What is your point excatly?
