Driving a vehicle without obtaining a driving license or with a license not meant for that class of vehicle

Punishment - Imprisonmentof min 1 monthn max 3years and/or fine of min 10000 riyals max 50000riyals.Repeat the offence and it will be compulsory imprisonment.

Also giving the a vehicle to someone who doesnt have a valid license carries a fine of min 10000 to max 50000riyals n imprisonment from one month up to 3 years.
