I am from rural FL. Notice I said Learners License (permit) at age 15. In fact I had a real license at 15 for farm use. And some states issue a hardship license at 15 if a child must support/drive the parent.
Driving here is a blast. I compare it to a very bad oval track race back home. He who can take the corner the best seems to win since the drivers here know how to go real fast in a straight line but cannot take a corner nor stay in thei lane while doing so.
