In our company, we require a pre-employment medical certificate (fit to work) from the applicant from their country before sending them a job offer. This to have assurance that he/she is elligible to obtained an RP in Qatar and to keep our company in the safeside. And its not only a certificate stating fit to work, there must be a laboratory details and we are very particular with these 3, (HIV,Hepa & PTB), as the med-com is looking after this cases. Some applicant may submit a fake certificate to us, but when they arrive to Qatar and underwent medical test it can still be detect so in this case the applicant must go back to his country on his own expenses and/or the manpower agency should replace a new worker.
