When it comes to car maintenance, does that mean everything is free?? You just send your car for service and they change everything for you??

My wife is a doctor. She plans to pursue her studies (Masters in Public Health) if she decides to join me there. We can't find any info with regards to colleges/universities in Qatar that are offering Medical Masters programs. Hope you can point us in the right direction.
