The problems with onspot hired maids are that:
- majority of them are on the absconded list.
-hiring them and getting caught gets you problems
- so does any issues occuring to them.
-absconded ones can abscond again with your goods.
- many left alone at home during your office hours solicit friendship from opposite sex, causing issues.

So keep a registered maid, that too which you can trust. Else be ready for a host of mental tensions, unless you get lucky.
