I've found the Customer Service people there (particularly the branch manager) friendly, helpful and apparently apologetic for the apalling service I received from my account manager. Unfortunately, as the face of the bank, my AM didn't do them justice and I remain inclined to move - if of course I have a reasonable chance of enjoying an improvement in the QoS. Otherwise, any move is pointless and painful.
