I have been to the animal department near Parachute r/a. I went into the operating room and was disgusted. It was very dirty. I know they are working on a low budget but the table that they examine the animals on was disgusting.

It's just very scary that so many cats have "disappeared". I mean really, we see the same cats at the same dumpsters everyday for 2 years and now they're gone. The weather is cooler now and the cats are usually beginning to come out during the day but I haven't seen many.
