Well no need to look only for the dealer of ur car, if this case is genuine, just call any key maker they'll charge u 50 or 100 rials to come to ur place n will take impression or whatever is his procedure n will make key for you for 10-15 rials.
Just for ur info there is key maker shop at the ground floor of City Center n shop's name is Mr. Quality. You can find out the number from 180.
