As far as i can tell you, it all depends on the Company your partner is coming to work for. Legally if she's still married to someone else YES she can come to work here, coz what she's doing with you is no concern to the company. If your concern is to live together then thats a whole different situation, Legally NO is the short and sweet answer, Illegally YES, its going on in Qatar so its at ur own risk.
