I agree with these folks to certain extent. First, don't even think about coming here without experience. It is not like india where they can hire and train you and look at you as a long term investment. Here, they want people to work right away and they get plenty of them in the market for that anyway. Why should they hire and train you??
My recommendation, stay in b'lore..work for couple of years (preferably in a mid size company, only there you can learn..in big companies, you'll be lost in the crowd)...then make your decision.either to come to middle east or go to US...
Myself, being worked for indian IT companies like HCL, Wipro, infy for more than 10 years and lived in US around 6 years, this place is good for settling down and earning on my experience..people respect me as a professional for my experience and exposure..but if you come here as a fresher, you might be treated like a labour...
