I don't think I changed my mind, I just am now more convinced that it is the right thing for our family. If my older son was 11 or 12 it might have been more difficult. I think once he makes a few new friends he will be fine. He just loves playing soccer and being around other kids all the time. I think he will do fine. As for my husband and I, we wouldn't have put him though the whole interview process if we weren't pretty sure we were interested in going. I still have to tell my mother. I told my aunt last night and she got really upset. She thinks anywhere in the middle east is volitile and she thinks that I am crazy for putting my kids in uncertain danger. I don't know what to say to my mom.
