I am in Canada for last 6 years working as Lead Instrumentation Engineer for one of the big EPCM in Alberta. I am originally from indian sub-continet and have never been in middle east.

The position offered is grade 16, definite term contract.

They sent me an offer letter to sign but no terms and condition to sign, just a draft copy which does not mention the housing allowance. Although they told me by email that housing allowance is 10224. What I have heard from few of the rrecent discussions/replies that the Housing allowance is 12000.
Is housing allowance in QP increased recently?.

Also please let me know, how housing allowance increase or decrease work for contract employees. I understand that there will be no salary review during the contract period.

What is typical salary increase per annum in QP for indefinite term employees?
