there exsists a location distance limit between the tel exchange and your place of residence. ask them clearly

coz if you are carrying your old number from another exchange it may not work and if distance over 2.8km

something like that, till date i cant get Mozaic coz i moved from Bin Mahmoud to Muntaza with the old number
