As a Canadian/Egyptian, they first requested me to bring the Security Clearance / Police Certificates from both countries Canada/Egypt. However, they called me again to tell me they only need the Canadian Police Certificate (Criminal Record) because I will come to Qatar as a Canadian Citizen and no need to bring any Egyptian documents. It took me only 10 minutes to get it done from the local Police office in Canada (No fingerprints needed). I am planning to travel to Doha @ the End of this Month.
