The guy made a comment. This by the way is so true.
And we "locals" can't deny that, Allot behave badly behind the wheels.
Blame it on education or ignorance.
I say it is mentality & frustration.
Don’t think this problem is not tickled. Local news papers columns & cartoons are mocking such behavior daily. Traffic department with concern parties are organizing an annul campaign. Yet nothing changed.
I hope one day it will.
