The information I received was from what appears to be reputable sites. Many of them repeat the same info, and when I keep reading it, what am I to think other than it might be true? I'm not yet there to check it out myself so can only rely on what I read on the Internet. I ask the questions on this board to see if people living in Qatar agree with what I read. Because I don't want to accept what these websites say without also asking people who currently live there. But most of what I have read about Qatar and Doha has been very positive. Qatar sounds like a beautiful, wonderful place with very friendly people. Here are some of the websites which discuss food/water safety:
