I might be moving to Doha this summer if I decide to take the teaching job I've been offered. You mentioned your wife biking. I am a serious cyclist and I would certainly like to continue doing that.

Where do you live? What does she wear? I assume that being a woman I can't wear my usual (American) cycling attire, right? I would really appreciate any thing you can tell me because I'm trying to decide if I want to move to Qatar if cycling is going to be a problem and if it's worth it for me to bring my helmet and other gear.

I would not likely ship my bike. Is finding a bike shop difficult?
