Well it is called the American Hospital but that is just a name. It is a private hospital but most of the doctors are Jordanian/Egyptian and the nurses filipino.
I don't know what it is like specifically for working in so don't want to write it off completely for you.
She may also want to do some specific type of nursing (especially for her experience) so I guess you would want to bear that in mind.
One place I would look at is the Weill Cornell medical college. It is a university teaching medicine (to US standards with US teachers) and it is an amzing complex. I know they are making a teaching hospital there at some point and I am sure that would be amazing.
