jbravo69, Thanks for your info, yes I'm trying to negotiate with ATOS that I only have a year contract and it is negotiable after that.
I really want to stay in the one place for 3 years, as I have already
done a lot of International travelling with my previous employment and I don't really want to up my family and go again.
