thank you butterfly and aisha, it would help my friend to feel at ease in coming over to Qatar. maybe i should do my own research and survey about medical services here, it's been quite a while since i got hospitalized in London. yeah, i agree that sometimes receptionists are way-off their bounds, feels like patients owe them something!
