Working in an ‘A’ Grade Construction Company i.e. Noors Engineering Company which is positioned in Doha main City in Qatar which was established in 1998. I am working here in this firm from 11 August, 2010 to till now as an Office Secretary or Receptionist facing, solving and restraining any sorts of difficulties and problems with self-confidence and with no comments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Makes and receive Telephone calls and faxes and takes the message for the required person and for the staffs.
· Prepares memos and sends and correspondence to the clients, consultants and interior office departments.
· Receives and distributes incoming documents and ensures proper circulation of documents and correspondence to other departments including Accounts and finance, construction, Engineering, planning and Cost control, Electrical, Mechanical, personal, and Procurement division.
· Schedules and appointment for the persons of firm or Company with Clients, Consultants, suppliers and Sub-contractors.
· Carries out clerical tasks including, Photocopies and binding the documents.
· Coordinates to the documents and officer for the distribution of documents and correspondence to the General Manager.
· Arrange the Project Files in the shell in order.
· Prepares the Salary sheets for the Employee.
· Keeps the record for Invoices receives from the suppliers and distributes to the concern Engineers for the approval.
· Having the capacity of writing the letters and send reply to the Clients, Consultants, Sub-Contractor and suppliers as per the Engineers draft letter.
· Prepares the record for the Projects and for the Tenders.
· Dealing with the suppliers for the office stationary items.
2. Position: Branch Office Manager (Accountant)

Duration: February 2009 to August 2010.
Management of the Office Accounting System:
· Overall keeping of the accounts for the Office.
· Processing Office bills and maintained record.

· Prepare the annual budget plan and request fund required.
· Reporting to Program coordinator of financial status.
