1. Worked as a Quantity Surveyor in Arenmanai Project (Pvt) Ltd, in Sri Lanka from 1st January 2014 to 9th February 2015.
Project : Proposed project Grand Nallur Hotel (B +5 stories) Sri Lanka.
Contract Value : LKR 500.00 Million
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Check & clarify contractor’s Interim Payment Certificate & Final Account.
• Take off measurements for the Estimation & Payments.
• Assessment variation claims.
• Inspecting and valuing completed works.
• Prepare the schedule of materials.
• Sub-Contractor/ Supplier evaluation.
• Prepare the monthly progress report.
• Coordination with the client, consultant and the contractors.
• Site management & Site supervision.
• Participate in the Variation Negotiation, Valuation & Progress meetings.
• Attending Sub Contractor’s and Supplier’s coordination Meetings
2. Worked as a Quantity Surveyor in North shore College of Business and Technology. In
Sri Lanka from 19th October 2 0 1 0 to 21st September 2 0 1 3
Project : Proposed project College (G + 3 stories) Sri Lanka.
Contract Value : LKR 1,000.00 Million.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparing the Interim Payment Application & Final Account.
• Take off measurements for the Estimation & Payments including MEP section.
• Prepare the Tender documents.
• Prepare the estimates for the specialized subcontractor works.
• Prepare the schedule of materials.
• Evaluate the subcontractors & supplier quotations.
• Check & clarify t h e Suppliers & Contractors Invoice and Interim Payment application.
• Prepare the Estimate & Bill of Quantities for the variations.
• Participate in the Variation Negotiation, Valuation & Progress meetings.
• Preparation of Variation claim documents and maintaining relevant Documentation.
• Prepare Rate analysis for the new items.
• Prepare the work plan for the projects.
