Having good knowledge and command of Window AC, Package AC, DX Unit, FCU, FAHU and chiller, DDC Panel etc.
Operating Screw Chiller unit and Condensing unit, System pumps down, Expansion valve temperature control of Gauges (HP Gauge, LP Gauge), Oil Safety switch and Oil Pressure Switch Settlements Corrosion and other defects in daily basis.
Repairer and Change of all Instruments, Oil Charging, Gas charging and Compressor Overhauling, Condenser deskilling.
My jobs responsibility to check cooling tower and chiller tank water level check air handling blower motor’s belt, air filter check, any breakdown maintenance works of pressure, level, flow and temperature measuring instruments.
Mounting and impulse connection of the pressure transmitter, pressure gauge, pressure switch.
To check start and stop the following equipment of pumping station check oil level, water level, open cooling check, check current.
To coordinate all the AC Activities (Including startup, shutdown, seal cover plate change, Oil charging gas charging and overhauling compressor).
Able to maintenance work of air condition, Able to plant.
Check expansion valve, and change defective expansion valve.
Check solenoid valve and change defective solenoid valve.
