Extrovert by nature, I enjoy socialising and sharing common interest with those who are interested.
As a new comer to Qatar, I'm looking to find a quiet location with a garden with trees so I can use the outdoor space to train my family and neighbours; to share my understanding of healthy living.
It is a concern of mine that many are putting on too much weight and have difficulty in losing it. This will only lead to health problems later in life.
