About
I am a Canuck(Canadian) who has finally acclimatized to the weather in Qatar, after almost 2 years, and I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. I enjoy the opportunity that Qatar provides to meet people from all corners of the world, as well, because of Qatar's location, it provides a tremendous opportunity to travel and experience some of the most unique and incredible cultures, sights, sounds and people in the world.
Not that this place is all a "bed of roses". As anyone who has been here for any length of time can attest, the attributes most needed here are patience, a sense of humour and eyes in the back of your head(if you drive).
