Presently I am in Doha. As far as my Professional Career is concerned I have worked
with India’s Leading BPO Company (Genpact -India) since July 2008.Our client is
Australia’s Biggest Banking organization Westpac Banking Corporation.I have
worked with core operation Business & have sound knowledge of Computer
(MS office-Word,Excel & Power Point.)
I joint Genpact
as Process Associate & got promoted as Process Developer (Subject Matter
Expert/Team Leader) in June 2011.Now I have handled a Team of eight members
for 1 year. I am playing dual role in the team 1. Team Leader 2.Team Coach
Team Coach.
