Evolve is a group of talented trainers and practitioners providing a range of high quality wellness services such as fitness training including preventative and curative exercise, nutrition advice and consultancy. Our team of trainers and practitioners will deliver a holistic lifestyle service to individuals and as part of a corporate wellness program to companies.
The cornerstone and defining pillar of the business is the fitness services consultancy and delivery. This can expand further in the current sectors (i.e. hotels and gyms / spas) and can also move in the direction of corporate consultancy for in-house facilities.
The nutrition and food advisory services needs growing and integration with the fitness services as it completes our wellness offering. Ultimately the company seeks to achieve its mission through carrying out government consultancy work and delivering services in schools, health centres and wider afield.
