• Installation, commissioning and calibration of field instruments- All pneumatic ON/OFF valves, Temperature Transmitter, Pressure transmitter, Level transmitter, vacuum transmitter, flow switch, level switch, weight indicator, control valve, PH, DO and conductivity transmitter.
• Handling instrument related with Autoclave, DHS, and Freeze dryer and vacuum dryers.
• Configuring and calibrating the instrument through hart, beamex MC5 calibrator, CA 100 and Siemens Temp. Transmitter configurator.
• Erection & commissioning of all entire field instruments, supervising erections jobs like cable trays, cable laying, control panels & junction boxes.
• Loop checking between filed instruments and PLC.
• Installation of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).
• Preparing and implementing of routine preventive, corrective, breakdown maintenance schedule to avoid the forced shutdown of plant &shutdown maintance schedule.
• Preparation of Design Qualification / Installation Qualification/ Operational Qualification/Re-qualification documents for audit purpose.
• Preparing & maintaining of calibration schedule.
• Preparation of Sop’s. Working as Coordinator for ISO document Preparation & Implementation.
