I wish to bring your kind notice that I am Sri Lankan presently living in Najima, Qatar and I have completed two Master degrees in Development Economics and Sociology and BCom (Hons) and partly qualified CIMA and attended 5 international workshops in Project management, inclusive development & poverty reduction in Japan, China, Malaysia, Thailand and India.
I have also been worked as General Manager of the Eastern Provincial Housing Authority of Eastern Provincial Council of Sri Lanka and I have 13 years of experience in Executive Service (Sri Lanka Panning Service Class 1) including as Director of Management Development Training Department under the Human Resource Development Department in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka and Director Planning in the Government sector in Sri Lanka. And also, I have 10 years of services especially in the HR/Administration field in the construction institutions.
I wish also to inform you that I have ability in effective Meeting minutes, Preparing Development Plan and Concept paper, Developing Proposals & business plan, Budjeting, Implementing 5 S concept of Japan and SWOT & PEST Analsis of organization and also i have experience in preparing Annual Report, progress report and monitoring and evaluation & reporting.
