A Mechanical Engineering graduate with extensive 7.4 years of working experience related to EPC projects and supervisory experience working for Water treatment projects seeks a challenging role as a Site engineer in a leading construction corporation.
PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY:
Supervision of all piping activities with abidance of safety and technical rules, according to company’s policy and project requirements, ASME / ANSI codes, technical specifications, general and specify procedures, etc.
Having experience in Water and Waste water Networks (Potable water Distribution lines, Waste water Distribution lines, etc.) including GRP pipes, Ductile iron pipes (DIEL), Carbon steel pipes, Stainless steel pipes, Mild steel pipes of various diameters, Pumping stations (Irrigation, Sewage & Potable water Pumping stations like above ground and submersible pumping stations) and Mechanical equipment’s like Surge vessels, Air Compressors, Penstocks, overhead lifting equipment’s, Air Conditioners & Air Blowers .
Responsibility for monitoring the daily work activities of the sub-contractor such as Erection of above ground / underground including field modification / installation of big bore and small bore piping.
Installation of Valves such as Gate valves, Knife gate valves, Butterfly valves, Plug valves, Air release valves, safety valves, Pressure releasing valve, Flow meter .
Installation & Testing of Diffusers for Bioreactor, Digester, Pre Post, SAS Tank.
Perform the activities for Sand media and Carbon media filling work for GMF and Odour Control Facilities.
Review RFI(s) and coordinate with QA/QC engineer for Inspection with contractor & client representative.
Preparation of requisition report to make inspections to client for their approval to execute the next activities.
Coordinating and Interacting with the sub- contractors to extract the work assign to them as per the approved drawings.
Making proper inspections and monitoring the ongoing works to maintain the good quality of work.
Preparation and assessment of daily progress report and coordinating progress.
On site Coordination with civil works, electrical works, instrumentation works.
Ability to work simultaneously on diverse projects; individually and in a team environment.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Worked as a Mechanical Engineer in Keppel Seghers Engineering Singapore Pte. Ltd, (Doha) Qatar for the Doha North Sewage Treatment Work (DNSTW) Project from February 2012 to June 2015.
Worked as a Mechanical Engineer in Ion Exchange Services Ltd, New Delhi for the Suzuki India limited water treatment work project from October 2007 to November 2011.

Job Responsibilities:
Project management experience has included project coordinator, project control, site supervisor and issuing construction work packages (CWP).
Plan and Monitor the progress of mechanical works.
Supervise the works during installation of Pipes and Mechanical equipments.
